We believe a successful build starts with transparency and meticulous planning. Our step by step approach is designed to be as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible.
Initial consultation
A focused 60-90 minute session (online, on site or in our Taylors Beach office) with Trent. This is where we dive into your goals, design preferences and budget. Trent will review your plans or inspiration images and flag any opportunities for more cost-effective materials or construction methods.
Site & feasibility review
We assess the block and constraints early to reduce surprises later (access, slope, orientation, council considerations).
Pre-construction management
If required, we can manage the “behind-the-scenes” heavy lifting. This includes coordinating your designer, engineer, and certifier, and managing documentation and approvals on your behalf.
Preliminary budget estimate
Based on our initial consultation, we’ll prepare a detailed estimate that identifies cost ranges and major scope items to provide clarity and ensure that your design is aligned with your budget.
Fixed price tender/cost & contract
We will develop a detailed scope and request subcontractor and supplier quotes specific to your project. This process generally takes around four weeks.
The build phase
A well-organised, methodical delivery. With Trent and Emma personally overseeing the project, you can expect open communication, expert project management, and strict quality control.
Handover & aftercare
A practical walkthrough, full handover documentation, and continued support as you settle into your new lifestyle.
